Insights
Schmidt&Pütz has fully implemented the BIM methodology in its everyday work and optimises it daily in its work processes in order to successfully meet the increasingly complex requirements. Equipped with the latest hardware and software, we have all the tools we need to make complex construction projects a success. Mobile working with full access to our own servers, telephone communication with a ‘one-number’ concept and all tools for online conferences are just as important as equipping the office with contemporary furniture.

Our spacious office is located right in the beautiful heart of Berlin, between the northern Friedrichstrasse and Hackescher Markt. Here, we are creative together and support our clients as a strong partner. In our bright and friendly office spaces, we work in small agile teams, focusing on our projects, meet for informal exchanges, or use our conference rooms equipped with all modern communication tools, where we hold on- and offline meetings with our team, partners, and guests.

With our 40-strong international team of architects, we embody cultural diversity, tolerance, and a collaborative approach on an equal footing. Founder & Directors
Adolf Pütz studied civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering and railway systems in Munich and supplemented his education with an architecture degree at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf. He gained extensive experience with constructions for the Bundeswehr, industrial buildings, and sports facilities, as well as single and multi-family homes in his Düsseldorf office. In the mid-1990s, he shifted his area of activity to Berlin. Since then, he has been realizing construction projects for public and private clients – ranging from residential and commercial buildings to train stations, hotels, and infrastructure projects. In 2005, he founded the current office firm Schmidt & Pütz Projektmanagement GmbH, focusing on new construction, existing building renovations, residential and commercial construction, infrastructure projects, and complex project management.
